Founder. CEO, Business Analyst
Amy's experience spans 30 years. She spent 15 years in retail starting as a sales associate and working up to a Regional Operations Manager. In her position as a store manager she turned failing stores (achieving $500,00 and less in sales) and turned them into profitable stores (8 million +) in under two years. As a Regional Ops Manger, she helped open new stores. She was responsible for working with the local store employees and the construction team to ensure each store opened with the highest level of success possible.
Now she owns her own company. She helps her clients drive the right traffic to their website through better website copy and understanding what people are looking for on a website. She helped one client achieve a 3,000% increase in organic traffic in 12 hours. They went from no Google Meta Descriptions to Amy writing the complete descriptions to achieve this result.
In 2019 she earned her certification in Business Analysis from the University of California-Davis. In 2020, she completed the Google Analytics Certification through Google Analytics Academy. Her passion is to see small businesses succeed by understanding how to use data and build a Search Engine Optimization foundation.
Amy spends her free time volunteering. She volunteers with NAWBO-IE as the Marketing Chair for the chapter, SCORE-IE (Inland Empire, CA and Organ County), and the IIBA-OC (Orange County) as their web analytics specialist.
